They were already posting in this thread that the Chromecast team and
assistant team are working with each other to resolve it. Some people
said clearing cache and date on the remote system apps may fix it for
some. To send bug report go to settings ...
Having the same issue on my Google TV. Tried to use the assistant button
on my remote and it will come up with the mic icon and then assistant
just shuts right back off. Tried through the virtual remote in the app
still no luck. Affecting both my bed...
