Nest thermostat doesn’t activate heating but hot water is ok?

My nest thermostat (which has worked perfectly for 2 years) thinks it’s heating the underfloor system but it’s not! It’s like it’s not activating the boiler/ Honeywell valves to the underfloor system. Wierd coz hot water via nest thermostat is fine, ...
