This has happened to me again. The first time it had me migrate to a
google account. Then I upgraded my phone and lost the login. I did find
someone online who helped but it was painful. Spent over an hour with
one person, finally got another and had...
I did this, gave my info to get a call back. I got a call (Montreal
number, I'm in Canada) and on the other end was a bunch of giggling,
chatting women. No response to my "Hello, Hello...?" My Nest app is
useless now, and there is no customer support...
