But.... I moved both speakers back to my Google Nest Wifi and now the speaker that wasn't able to join the speaker groups got an update and now it is able to join the speaker group ! 

So if I understand correctly:I will create a hotspot on phone 1Factory reset two devices (probably one working and the nest mini that's not joining the speaker group)and then use my second phone to add them to my current house in Google Home?

I checked for both my iOS and Android phone and on both phones the Google Home app is updated. (At least the App store and Google Play store doesn't show me the update button) And all the speakers are connected on the same Wi-Fi network
