I figured out now the reason. I use another Phone with Android 13 and and older Version of the Mi Home App. With this config I can connect google Home and Mi Home. After that I put an Update to android 14 and an Update to Mi Home. Then the connection...

Here in Germany, the problem exists since 2 days. I can not relink Mi Home to Google. ;-(
