I tried also to contact Google support, i had the same answer. Replacement not possible as it is out of warranty.

Same problem for me today for my Google Home mini ☹️Il have also tried provided solution but with no effect. Could we have some help please ?System firmware: 375114Cast firmware: 2.57.375114
