Hi, i tried to reset my google home mini with long (15 seconds) pressing
of reset button. Only green light has on. Other solution was 11 times
unplug and after 10 second plug the power and wait until 4 led is on. no
succes.still only 4 or 2 leds on. ...

I do not think, it can be fixed without connection to the internet. I
think, when i removed it from my Google Home account and tried to reset
the device, it is not online and can not be fixed
