I was basically told its no good and have to buy another. The Google
home is no longer so I wonder if their trying to phase them out so
people have to buy a new one.
I manged to speak to someone on chat. Our Goolge home is out of warranty
so they won't help. They won't admit the software update caused this
just that there's nothing they can do to help
Ours has done the same!Only realised this morning that it wasn't
working. Tried disconnecting from WiFi, factory reset etc but still
getting the same issue.Unable to make contact with Google to find out
what to do.
