My gen 1 got bricked after i did a software update on it. I have 4
lights showing solid. I can't factory reset it either. Support told me
the engineers are aware of the issue, no timeline on resolution was
provided.
Same issue, I spoke with google support for 2 hours and they said they
are aware of an issue that started early december. It was a potential
software update that bricked the mini gen 1s. This happened to mine just
now sadly..
