Ooh, "good" to know it was caused by a firmware update. I have 3 devices, 2 are working just fine, just one stopped working and nothing fixes it.

I'm on the exact same situation. Started a few days ago.I've tried pressing the reset button and the 11 times unplug-replug after 10 seconds.
