No, rigging it incorrectly just means your old school mechanical chime
will no longer work, you are essentially bypassing it. The only way to
get notifications is through the app or a second google/nest device
Seems like they are just moving this topic around and failing to
actually answer it. I don't even care if the answer is that there is
nothing they can do, but it's been nearly 20 days and no one is saying
anything. Not even sure if there is a better ...
