I've watched the responses ever since posting my problem on Dec 19. I'm
in US and "had" a Google Home Mini I purchased in Dec-2017. It got

Ditto. Exact same situation with 4 white lights on. Left goes green
while pressing reset, but no reset. Also tried the procedure of
unplugging and waiting 10 seconds and repeating 10 times like others
have.
