Seems like the latest response everyone has been getting is "It's out of
warranty. Good luck!" I just bought an echo. When someone tells you who
they are - believe them.
I think the only way to actually get them to look at this at this point
would be for us to directly contact senior leadership at Google via
LinkedIn and flag this as a Google issue or some kind of class action.
Lol they won't even do that, believe me. They will just ignore this and
