Need help with google nest hub can’t understand switch tv input to hdmi 2

I have an issue with Google nest hub 2 can’t understand command like “switch input to hdmi 2 on tv”. Whereas google assistant on my tv is able to understand the command and perform the switches. how do I solve this issue?
