moving my stream stick off the receiver and directly connecting to a

So as I stated earlier the stutter stopped when cast from the phone. Now
I am noticing when I cast it it goes through the app on Chromecast now.
Just leaving it to play a stuttered video. Stupid. Anyone else notice
the video is now opened in the app ...
From what I discovered is that if I play a 4k steam through my purchase,
not stutter. If use an app like paramount or max and cast, no stutter.
It looks to be a problem in the apps on the device if I play a movie
that way, especially if it's 4k UHD H...
