Recent apps always missing.

So yeah, recent apps are always missing, I swipe up for the control center and no apps! It worked before, but it stopped, any suggestions?

Yes, I tried resetting before, but thanks anyway.

So, I tried it, I reset it but after a few days they disappear again (from my past experiences), but when I reset it now, nothing.
