That's hopeful. I've done all that (chat, video, SN and emailed chat to
myself too) once... hopefully that's all it'll take and they do what's
right...
Same issue here; neither of the two reset options worked. Hoping for a
resolution from Google. My gut tells me Google is aware based on threads
I've seen and has no plans to replace as most of the affected devices
are well out of warranty being 1st G...
