Google Nest Community

Hello I wasn’t given a case id. The guy I was speaking to couldn’t figure it out and told me to do the submit feedback option on my Google nest. I didn’t hear anything back so I did another submit feedback option a few days ago on my nest.

I called a specialist and shared feedback on December 26th and still waiting for an answer..

This is happening to me, did you resolve it?
