Figured it you need to make sure your able to change your WiFi router to
2.4GHz and not 5GHz. Even though I have the option of both the setup

I am having this exact issue! I’ve followed all the troubleshooting
including your advice above. I’ve been at this hours now. Reset
EVERYTHING I can think of the thermostat still won’t connect to the heat
link!!
