I've tried both the app and the web and neither sends a reset password
link. I'm trying to turn my chime on & off (it stopped working) and it
is only visible in Nest (not the GoogleHome app which I do have my
password for.)
Yes, I select the “sign in with Nest” option. I have migrated to google
but my google password does not work in the Nest app. I just don’t
understand why I cannot use the reset password link and get an email
from Nest.
Well it was working with the Nest app. No, the GoogleHome App gives no
option to reset the chime. If I google it, it says it does but there is
no selection in the software. Select Doorbell Camera, Settings just
shows : Name, Home, Room, Voice Notific...
Do you know how to get an email to reset your password from Nest?My
sister has tried through the app and at nest.home.com and she never gets
the email. It isn't in a junk folder. She cannot reset her chime through
the google home app for her doorbell...
