I logged a ticket with them through the smarter app and they deleted the ticket

I've tried for 4 days hours on end.... It says it's linked with Google home but doesn't show up in the home app with no voice activation. No matter how many successful times I sign in it doesn't show up in linked devices in the home app or in the hom...
