If you don't have AC unit in your resident, you can wire like this to Nest terminals :- Black to C- Green to G- Red to Rh- White to W1

Check the link and find a section in it , you might have to do some adjustings in Nest software to correct problems.

I think Nest internal battery on low charged, if you see a blue or black wire, connect it to C terminal on Nest, this will provide full 24 Vac to Nest, and Nest will do it's jobs.You can check volage before you connect by this way : use digital meter...
