Whenever my child tries to make a call on her nest mini it asks to open
the home app and follow steps for duo calling. Problem is - I can't seem
to find the steps for duo calling in the app. Can someone help with
this?
From the US. It used to be able to call but now says to add duo calling
in the home app.. the issue there is nothing in the app that seems to be
off. It allows me to call - so the problem is in the child profile.
