I have a 2 yr old nest thermostat that can not hold a charge. I have
recharged it on a USB and it is already not powered enough to connect to
Wifi 3 hours later. How do I get a replacement battery or replacement
unit
I went through all the checks and tested the c wire. Even charged it
with the USB it turns out it is a faulty battery. There is no
replacement option for the battery so I have to replace the thermostat.
My old Honeywell lasted 20 years so I will go b...
