Mine is actually working again. I had to completely removed my Google Hub devices and reinstall them a couple of times. Not ideal, but it’s been working a treat since. Hope this helps

Hi, did you get a resolution for your presence sensing not working?? I’m struggling with mine too. Google home app knows I’m away or home (as it shows in the top corner of the Google home app) but the routines don’t push through. So frustrating
