Gen 2 Nest thermostat stuck at 5.9.4-5 software

I own a 2nd Gen nest thermostat Model: Display-2.8. It is currently runing 5.9.4-5 from Sept 2019. When I look for an update it says one does not exist. How can I fix this? Also is there a revision list for software for the Gen 2 thermostats?Thanks
