Not sure how to message everyone, so I hope this works. I've finally got
mine straightened out. I had to factory reset my devices one at a time
and add them to a room as I went. Everything is working now.
I've done everything that has been suggested to fix it and I'm still
having the same issues. Mine starts with an advertisement before it even
plays the first song. Getting really, really old!
