and while hardwired in it's not a problem. We just can't get the Nest

That's my issue too. We ended up factory resetting the device last
night, vs waiting for support, but this is a HUGE pain because each
device has to be added back to Google Home one by one and we have A LOT
of Google/Nest devices. Now we can't get on...
