Hi Juni, i tried the solution someoen else recommended to no avail. I
removed and then re-added our Nest we keep in our kitchen to my account.
We typically, just say "google play... " for a particular album or
artist and it defalts to our Spotify acc...
I have a similar issue that started a month or so ago... I ask Google to
play music on Spotify and it appears to be playing but there is NO SOUND
and then after some amount of time it will replay the same song WITH
SOUND and may randomly play or NOT ...
