The team never contacted me so I still have no resolution to this problem.

It did not give me one.   Also no email yet maybe it will come later?

HI Garrett DS I just gave that a try also and the "My Thermostat" still exists and cannot be removed still. Please let me know if they have any other ideas to try. Thanks,Chris

Hi rjkelly1894, No I am using Android 12 release on SG21Plus. I have talked to Honeywell and successfully removed it from thier app. Only Google home is still showing the device as linked to Honeywell home which is incorrect status.
