None of this has worked. I don't believe this is a hardware issue. It happens on multiple devices in my home. This is a software issue. Can you please address it as such. Thank you

Has there been a fix for this. I ask my google device to shuffle a play list and it plays about 7 songs then repeats the same 7 songs
