Re: W5 error problem, have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions but nothing works. Please help

Same issue. Month old Nest connected to network for a few hours then disconnected and shows w5 error. Ran through all the suggested remedy steps. No joy. We have a second nest that seems fine, is network connected. Help please!Thanks!
