again or even disable it to test for many case u can, frame-rate must
choose Non seamless, or if your TV has game mode, try to use that mode

Hi if anyone still facing with shutter issue, you can try to update to
the lastest update, and switch match frame-rate to Non-seamless, I think
the update fixed this shutter issue. Dont use Seamless option, just
Non-seamless, since I updated, it work...
