same here, the thermostat indicates it is on and heating but we've been
getting no heat for 5-6 hours, I'm getting zero help from Nest Support
website and blogs. Horrible product, horrible support.
I'm in the same boat, unfortunately I threw away the old thermostat.
Very disappointed with Nest, which I had never switched. Why are they
not responding to this chain of complaints with very clear instructions
how to fix this???
