I tried everything over a period of 2 days. Unplug, plug, multiple
resets. It’s a brand new unit. So I just returned it. Unfortunately it’s
just a paperweight now. And no actual call or chat support like Amazon.
Hi my Nest Home Max is stuck in recovery mode. I've had this thing for
about 3 weeks and problems, I never had this problem with my Alexa
devices. I am really disappointed in this product, factory reset does
not work. Any advice.
