Dear Jeran,Thank you for your reply.The problem is fixed! In the end I got support with Google via Facebook.They managed to give me an special reset-method which made re-connect the remote!Happy camper (:

Same here,Bought a 'new' device (it seemslike it was send back).Unfortunately I bought it in the states and took it to europe..Any solutions?
