Why are replies to every single potentially helpful thread disabled with a dead-end response?

How come every time I find a thread with my exact issue, there is a useless scripted answer and then replies are disabled? It’s one thing to just not invest in customer support, but why actively prevent the community from helping each other?

Ahhhh! Factory reset and MANUAL SETUP solved this problem for me.

Exact same issue. Even tried another Voice Remote so I know it’s not a hardware issue. Please resolve!
