Forgot Pin on Nest and Thermostat is not on the Nest App.

I forgot the PIN to unlock my nest device. I tried to use the app but it has been deleted from the account already. I have tried calling Google Support many times but I have ONLY been able to get bot callers and no help. Thank you for any help.
