Sorry. I was contacted by someone from Nest tech support and they walked
me through the problem the next day. I just figured they would somehow
mark that the issue is resolved on here.It was (as is often the case
with me and electronics) user error.
I have a Nest Aware subscription and have the same issue. The camera
alerts me via phone that somebody is at the door. When I click on the
