Nest indoor cameras subscription

Can't renew subscription ..It says pending for 3 days.then they sent me to ADT. they said I needed a pin after 2 hours I hung up...Should I throw away these first gen cameras?

Having same issue today. The app keeps spinning won't open..Cant open on computer either..I thought the site was down
