We had exactly the same issue last week. Found the solution here:https://ghoopi.com/toggle-surround-sound-chromecast/Very happy to say it has worked for us (we had pretty much given up, no one else had the answer).

We did, but found the solution elsewhere.for anyone who wants to know, we purchased a HDMI - HMDI Audio Converter, this has allowed the audio to be played.

Thank you for your reply. We're using a Samsung tablet, and have tried on our Android phones. These all worked perfectly on our previous yaber y30 but have upgraded to a yaber V10 and now we've got audio issues.
