I hear you, the support was nice until the problem could not be solved
and another support person wanted me to redo every reebot and report
back the ”numbers on the back” for the fift time and so on untill the
ticket got killed.
My Groups have not worked since -19 to my best recollection, and yes I
have done plenty of talking with support and reseting/testing to no
avail.I´m just wondering if you are still ”working on the issue”?
