Hi Brad,No, it was not resolved.I ended up speaking to a Google Nest
Support who said it is a problem with my Nest Connect. They are now
issuing an RMA so I will update when I get it.
I am having the same issue and I have just gotten the new lock. It's
been one of the most frustrating experience.My Nest Connect is fine. My
Wi-Fi signal strength is fine. So I really don't know what's going on...
