Is my system Nest Thermostat compatible?

Hi, Is my system compatible for a Nest? There is a couple wires that are confusing me! It is labeled with these wires.C, O, W/E, W2 on the left. And R, G, Y on the right. There is a blue wire going into the “O”. Thanks
