If you go into troubleshooting, it has a spot for w5 connection issues,
and the bottom of the page it says contact us. Fill out the form and it
will ask if you want a call or chat online- I did a call and they
contacted me within 5 min. W5 means that...
At first mine did let me reset it and I did a few times but then I went
into something to reconnect it and now it won’t leave the set up and it
wont connect to wifi
I am having the same issue. My google home mini’s are connected and I
can use wifi on my phone and tv and computer but my thermostat won’t
connect and it won’t even let me past the initial connection screen so I
can’t reset it anymore or anything
