We have moved to a new home. Please visit the Google Home & Nest Community to connect with other users, ask questions, and explore the new space.
The device has been working correctly for months, but today, it only
makes it to the Google TV logo with spinning colors. Unplugging and
trying again doesn't help. My phone can't find it anymore to initiate a
reboot.
Factory reset didn't work. Tried Tech support, and it ended up being
escalated to just being sent a replacement since no one could figure out
what was wrong.
