Smart light switch cannot dim in home app - works on Alexa and native app

I am unable to control the brightness on my Mercator Smart light switch, I only have on and off options on the app. Where as I can control the brightness on both is native app and via Alexa.I've already reset the connections, reset the units, deleted...
