Got my Nest Learning Thermostat yesterday, 3rd Gen. Wiring is Y, Y2, W,
G, R with a connection to Rc.I put all the wires into the nest
thermostat in same spots. Set up as directions say. When it turns on, it
goes to stage 2 cooling and heat comes out...
