And if Google are to blame with an update they need to fix or replace . Otherwise I’m switching to Alexa . Thai simply isn’t good enough

Have just got up to my Hub doing exactly the same thing ! Not happy as I’ve bought my son a nest for Christmas ! Have tried reboot and reset and nothing . No support available at moment 
