Just to update everyone here. There does not appear to be a solution for
this once you get the grey screen. If like myself and others on here
have done you contact the online chat they will ask you a few questions
about what you've done to try to res...

I have had this issue since this morning and have tried all suggested
solutions but it just goes straight to grey screen with G in the
middle.I have switched it off every night since I bought it on launch
day and it was fine until today.
